Order cancellation
In order for you to cancel your new order, your order must not have been shipped.
Product Return
International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package is sent to us 'collect', it will be refused and returned to you.
The products you buy and use cannot be returned or replaced with a new one, unless there is a production-related problem.
If you want to return the product, you can send it to us within 30 days with its unopened and unused original packaging. You must tell us the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return, and the products you want to replace, if any.
After the product or products reach us, they will be examined by us. If the return is accepted, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
